...a deep tissue massage?
Thinking of getting one for my pec. I was back benching today pain free. Felt a little awkward on cable rows though.
Has anyone any experience of them. Do you rate them?

deep tissue or try someone who does ART.

This is the equivalent of an 82 mph fastbal down the center of the plate

Fucking great! Highly reecomend it brother, helps with little microtears from lifting, also helps with blood flow, little nagging injuries, recovery...it hurts like hell though (depending on the person giving it to you) I used to go to this women who was like 250 had tons of power, you wake up the next day and your whole body is sore, but after you go consistantly you can really feel the benefits. I used to go once a month, wish I could go once a week.

I used to get one every other week. Then my massage therapist moved :(...she was excellent. I'd rate her massage a 10 out of 10.
I haven't been regularly getting a massage as I'm trying out diff. therapists. The last one I had seemed to really help my shoulder that I haven't been able to sleep on. She was pretty good.

I get a message everyweek and deep tissue once per month. We have one on our staff that works with all our athletes and fighters. I highly recommend one.
