Tue-chest/bi's
Wed-shoulders
Thur-back/tri's
cardio and abs 3-4 times a week.
Tuesdays and Thursdays workouts can be switched.
Fri-off
Sat-tri's or bi's depending on what I did Thursday.extra cardio,extra ab work

If you use a lot of pressing movements on chest/shoulder days, you're gonna be hitting tri's three days in a row there? Could you not take Wed off, and move the rest back a day?

Didn't think about that.I can do that now but once it gets warmer I really have no choice.I play softball on Friday and golf on Saturday and sometimes Sunday as well.

Could maybe move Tri's to Wednesday then with Shoulders.
