On the incline he lowers the barbell to mid/lower chest. I thought you're suppose to keep the bar in line with your collar bone/neck. Does it make a difference?

Yeah, it doesnt work at all the way branch does it, I mean with his crappy chest and all.

That's what I mean.
Branch has one of the best chest, yet I thought the conventional wisdom was to lower the bar to the collar bone/neck.

You have the comprehension of a 6-year-old retard. I'm not critiquing his benchpress, just asking some experienced lifters if it makes a difference.

If you don't understand sarcasm, then your comprehension level is of a 4 year old I suppose

The majority of lifters do bring the bar down to the upper chest level when inclining. I noticed that some lifters who lift their butt off the bench while inclining turn the incline into an almost prone bench. Those guys bring the bar in lower on the chest.
Regarding Branch Warren method I think you shouldn't even consider what this enhanced professional bodybuilder is doing. Bring the bar down to where it feels the most natural to your structure. For most it's the upper chest. It should feel pain free to your joints.

yes, if you lower the bar .00000000000000000000000 000000000000000000000000 000000000000000000156th of an inch off the upper chest you get absolutely no benefit at all for your chest.
