not sure about winnie but i know you can inject cyp or deca or most any oil with good results

Easily possible. Even more so with labs using a ratio of EO to the oil base now.

I'm not sure Winstrol Depot will go through a diabetic sized needle.

The lowest I go is 25G. :P

That's the smallest guage I've ever been able to use with Winny as well. And, that was using excellent quality US Pharma stanazolol that was micronized into VERY fine powder. You'd need an 18 G for IP's crap ;D
