Hey man im sure i heard you mention before you ve seen Mike train.
What kind of weights did he push as he looks pretty stacked later in his career

I never said I saw him train.  But I did say my friend Tom was his trainer for 3 months on Maui.  I can't remember exactly but I do remember he ran 5 miles before training and he could squat good weight and benched with his bodyweight.  I can ask my friend exactly.  I have met Mike a few times and in fact gave his USA jacket like the one I have on.  Don King still wears his all the time.

Tony Alamo, all hand made, hand painted and that one I have cost about $5,000 and was specially made for me by Tony.  I loved it.
