if you call 250+lbs light.

triple h is proof though that steroids don't make you bald. he must have been using heavy amounts for the past 20 years and there is no sign of him losing anything lol.

Triple H must be getting ready for drug testing or have a back injury. Seems to have lost a lot of size over the last two years.

HHH doesn't have to worry about drug testing when he is basically part owner of the organization...

I doubt one would be able to kill him before he kills you in a fight, even if you had a knife lol.

I remember when I used to watch wwe, his back is just soooooooooo wiiiiiiiiiiiiiide and looks strange.

and yeah, a 905pound DL probably helps

If Quakeroats said he thinks that Mark Henry would kill Mayweather in a street fight, I would have to agree.

I doubt a normal man would be able to kill Mark one on one even with a knife before he killed them.

Oh boy  ::)

either

A - You're Ronnie Coleman
B - You're an obese permabulker who is too fat to see his own dick or count his toes
C- You're a fucking moron who doesn't know jackshit about bodybuilding

A 6 foot natural ripped is about 160 pounds, Arnold was 230 at 6'2, that was just a fucking stupid statement, something tells me
you have never stepped foot on a bodybuilding stage boy.

Depends on their genetics and how long they've been at it.  The "natural limit" for a 6'0" is probably closer to 200 with good genetics and more than a decade of consistent training.

I'll say it's around 185 pounds. Or then it's not. 175 pounds for almost certain.

Edited for stupid mistake.

I disagree.  Mainly because he's black.  ;D   My vote goes to those Scandinavian fuckers who always win "World's Strongest Man".

Lifting the Inch DB....less than a handful of people in history have ever done that...you even have fingers leftover.

I don't know the exact numbers but I think 100's (several) have or could have deadlifted it. 10's of people have pushed it overhead. Mark Henry is the only one who has cleaned it with one arm.

This was the specific lift I was thinking of. I remember reading in Planet Muscle, that the overhead press part was the seldom success lift, I think. :-\
I always that it was Bill K, Henry, and Paul Anderson were the only ones to be able to lift it overhead. Could be wrong though.

why does this diet get a bad rap? is it because of the lack of carbs for the brain?

1.  Is HHH really on the keto diet?
1a. Why is Palumbo even there?  Is he dealing to the wwe talent?
2. I'm amazed that even though he is muscular and low BF% Palumbo looks terrible.  In clothes he just looks like a fat guy.
3. I believe Mark Henry is natural.
