Post by: madmax on February 28, 2009, 10:55:45 AM
i have seen quite a few foods bodybuilders dont eat even though the calorie content is very good.

Why don't you ask Flex Wheeler ? It's been said ( by his close friends ... namely, Chris Cormier ) that Flex would eat McDonald's all the time ... even 1-3 weeks out from his show. Drugs, my friend ... drugs ARE your friend when your a Bodybuilder. Dieting ... LOL ! What's that ?

Btw, before I get flamed ... I should specify that NOT ALL BODYBUILDERS are what Flex use to be like ... I've dealt with a lot of Bodybuilders over the years ... some are real strict ... and some aren't. I've, personally, seen more of the latter though.  :-\

Yes.

A recently published and highly publicised study pretty much vindicates the "Adonis Princliples".  Of course, how can "diet gurus" make any money if it's as simple as reducing calories (and it is)?   ;D
