Post by: mame09 on March 01, 2009, 12:56:47 AM
i am about to finish my 12 week cycle of test e @ 500mg and i was wondering of doing an oral cycle for 12 weeks until i get back on the injections.

can stanazol be used as a connector because i dont want to lose the gains i made on test

If you want to continue your injectable cycle then that's fine. What you are referring to is "bridging" as in being still ON. Either you are OFF or ON, but there is no in between. You can keep most of your gains made in that 12-week cycle by doing a proper pct, training hard, sleeping enough and getting plenty of quality calories. So basically just doing everything as it's meant to be done. If you ask me, you sound like you still want to be ON and there's no problem in keep injecting. Or you can be on the wintsrol for three weeks and then do your pct, this way you have had time and a proper compound to solidify your gains and keep most of what you got. Those are your options.

the thing is im in australia and access to pct drugs is non existent. i tried with my first cycle of sus by gradually lowering dosage but after 2 months i lost 70% of my gains not including water.

do you think and oral cycle of winny could hold on to most of my gains until my next cycle because my shoulders and killing me and its getting harder to injects in them. (i tried rotating the injection sites but i just cant pin in my ass. tried before but didnt have the balls to. tried quads but to many veins on my quads )

There is no such thing as a "connector" cycle.

Bridging just means you haven't come off fully and it's not going to help you.

You either come off or you don't, there's no gray area and you won't fool your body.

Yeah agree , you are either on or off..if you want to "bridge" just lower the dose of test to say 250mg a week then ramp it up when you want to "cycle" again and add another or other compounds. Or the other option come off completely..Theres no inbetween..

For some reason, people think they can cheat their body....

I don't get it.

There are no "bridges"......

You're either "on" or "off"........or in the case of "Alex23", completely full of shit.   ;D

should have run winstrol during your 12 week test cycle, certainly the last 8 weeks of it, this would help you keep the gains, well it works for me!

the prob with "bridging" is that you are still on, which means your own test levels are still 0, so you have no chance for the recovery you need.   if you want to chemically castrate yourself, then bridge.

Running Winstrol the last eight weeks actually isn't the right way to run it.

Towards the end you want to taper the drugs and dosages......

would it be better to run winstrol at the beginning of the cycle? i thought tapering down made no difference!

Personally I don't see anything wrong with bridging.

You guys are right, if you're going to be technical about it you're either "ON" of "OFF."

However, that doesn't mean that bridging is some sort of mortal sin. Sure, you're still "ON" but that's the point. Yes, you're still naturally shut down, but again, that's the point.

Myself, if I'm going to take what I call a "Semi-Break" I prefer a low dose of test, 200-250mg/wk.

If I was going to run an oral instead, winny wouldn't be the worst choice but I might opt for anavar instead.
