I have heard that his new diet plan is a smashing success. 15 pounds in 17 months! I think we should all look to him for inspiration. Also, maybe even a thread with pics about his miraculous weight loss would be nice, could help to motivate other Getbiggers trying to lose those last few vanity pounds.

You can only exercise so much when you spend your days lying to a bunch of strangers about owning an MMA gym and telling them how cool you were 40 years ago. I think he has done good considering.

Things were going great until Keith got a call from Emmanuel Lewis. They got to talking about the good old days when Keith sat next to Jonsey at a charity event and that time Keith shaved his head. One thing led to another and Webster, Mr. Belvedere, Todd Bridges and Keith went out to lunch, where Keith wowed the crowds with tales of once eating a bologna sandwich Sly Stallone had accidently touched at the buffet table and then arm wrestled for nickels.

Maybe he added muscle mass so he actually lost a lot of fat and gained muscle.

onlyme, have you ever considered gastric byass surgery? at the end of the day carrying all of the extra weight is not healthy.
I don't see what is so hard about having 3 moderate size meals and 1 or 2 snacks per day..probably 2500 calories total per day. Throw in some weight training and you should be back to a normal weight.
I am not bashing here, but clearly your lack of will power sickens me.

Hahaha I love it. Another internet pussy. Hey pussy, back in 1648, I was walking with Roger Callard, entering Gold's gym, when Roger dropped his wallet. Man they used to wear those skimpy see-through shorts in those days. I still remember Mike and Ray Mentzer wearing shorts like that when they went to the Weider headquarters to renew their contracts. Anyway, Roger bent over to pick up his wallet and it must have been my lucky day cause I saw that his shorts had a big tear along the center, showing a lot of his backside. I wish I had a camera back then. Anyway, the moral of the story is that you are just another loser who has achieved nothing compared to me and you suck at life. Hahaha you are a pussy who is a loser compared to me.
