You can't train high intensity with high sets without changing one of those two variables negatively.

I like musclecenter. Hell of a physique, especially for his age, but better than most people 20 years younger.

Musclecenter is a great guy... even so he stopped after his 21st rep knowing that he could have done 2 or 3 more... most amazing feature though is how he jumped back up those stairs... AFTER doing squats... normal people would crawl up those stairs... not Musclecenter... he squats and literally flies up those steps... true legend!
