Title: Raise this tax!

Generally I am no fan of raising taxes during a recession.
But I think the tobacco tax could be raised - and by a lot.

Will do a tiny bit to better the budget balance.

A general improvement in health should also mean saved tax dollars pretty quick.

How about cutting spending, not doubling the deficit like Barry is doing.
