has anyone used this apparatus????

i personally feel it is the single best exercise for calf training!!!!

It's a good piece. I use one about 70% of the time in my gym while doing calves.
It's like a standing calf raise, but instead of moving your body weight, you move your lower legs. I wouldn't use the piece to replace St. Calf Raises in your workout, but certainly is a great machine to either use as a finishing exercise or alternative for awhile.

actually, this is my only movement for calves. I eliminated the standing calf raise years ago( puts too much stress on the lower back).

When I need to switch, I go back to seated calf raises. Every now and then, I perform donkeys (old school) with someone seated on my back.
