How many calories/carbs do you fluctuate between your low, mid and high day?

Normally up the carbs by 100g per day; for example 350, 450 then 550g.....Rest of nutritional intake remains static...

Extrem diet:
0- 50gr carbs (from raw veggies and seaweed). Then every 3 or 4 days, around 400 (1600kcal).
50-100gr Protein
Just essential fats (omega...)
So most days, less than 600kcal If I can, but it's really hard. Then u loose 300gr of body fat per day more or less (more than 2000kcal, of course if u train more or less hard).

low off day 130g (sometimes only 100g)
low train day 190g (sometimes only 160g)
High off day 220g
High train day 330-360g
I do 3 low days in a row at the most. and high days i do on days i workout, sometimes on off days too, but not that often.

Contest diet
Carbs 250 grams for last eight weeks no change
cals stayed around 2000 for the most part and lowest 1900 cals for last week
Offseason
carbs 394.5 or more 1578 cals
protien 195 780 cals
58.25 524.25
total cals 2882.25
Low carb diets are overated

17x bodyweight for gaining
11x bodyweight for dieting.
