One or two times a week I like to work out at midnight (I have odd work hours). Does anyone else do this and whats a good post workout meal since I hit the sack not long after.

Usually I drink a shake while I train and eat a meal when I get home. Sometimes I will have a shake with the meal as well depending on how I feel.
