well.... haider can pretty much hold his own in an ab pose with ANYONE....
but on many other poses, dexter smokes him..

I like both of them however I think Ahmed Haider is more complete than Dexter since he misses no body part


Ahmed’s Advantages: Perfect Symmetry, Great Calves, Best Abs ever, great condition.

Ahmed’s Disadvantages: MASS (However he looks great with what mass he has)

Dexter’s Advantages: Round Muscles, well developed back, shredded everywhere except his quads!

Dexter’s Disadvantages: NO Calves, High Lats, Triceps looks bad (during side triceps pose) and there is something wrong with his inner biceps for me.

I have to agree ...Ahmad is complete from head to toe and very proportioned ..I give the edge to Ahmed

Ahmad looks great. But dex is Owning him to oblivion there. :)

yes 7 years ago dex was owned by some guy. now dex is mr olympia.

Dexter Jackson had won the Arnold Classic in 2005, 2006 and 2008 AND 2008 Mr. Olympia

Ahmed had won ... none of these.

the thing about havn a small mr olympia is he can be compared to very sub par bodybuilders that the bigger gentlemen simply blow away!!!!!!!
