Title: ECA and T4

Workout at 4:15 in the morning so I use a little ECA to boost my workout a little bit...

Found some old T4 (140 tabs at 1mg) and want to run through it to cut up a little...

If I am taking ECA at 4 when can I run the T4 through out the rest of the day???
