Title: Chick, can you confirm this Tom Prince Story about being a thug

Years ago I read an article about Tom Prince in Flex where he talks about his Triceps Routine.  He mentions how he always wears a baggy sweatshirt to the gym and hates guys that strut around in tank tops.  He claims his favorite humiliation tactic is to ask someone that is doing lat pull downs if he could work in and then shows off by using that same weight for triceps push downs making that guy feel like an ass.

Tom sounded like a total thug in the gym.  Any truth to this since he was the one that said it?
