How come so many guys use creatine as part of their PCT?  Thank you.

I've always incorporated it in order to help me retain some of the gains and b/c i haven't taken it for the duration of the cycle and figure my muscles would respond to it optimally then

To keep some of the "extra water" and to fight catabolism, though you need more of it than 5 grams, when i take it, i take 20 grams. It will NOT help you restore your hormonal balance or natural output, but it's still not a bad idea to use it as a part of POST CYCLE THERAPY.

Creatine should be used both on and off cycle IMO.
