has to be at least 23 inches, i don't believe a lot of arm measurement claims but i can say that whatever Jay would claim that his arms are i'd believe.

Post by: kiwiol on March 07, 2009, 05:27:00 AM: Funny how things change. Four something years ago, at the 2004 Mr Olympia, Ronnie was around 300 lb and dwarfing Jay and Dex (OK, maybe not Jay). Jay and Gunther were talking about taking him down (which they didn't, at least that year) and Dex was quiet as a church mouse. That was Ronnie's physical peak (in terms of the amount of muscle he carried). And now, Jay has beaten Ronnie, won the Mr Olympia twice and has in turn been beaten by Dexter!

BTW, anyone who says Ronnie is dumb should see the 2004 Mr Olympia video - he is actually quite quick witted and had great comebacks to all the stuff KLo, Jay, Gunther, Dexter and Triple H threw at him. I think he comes across as simple minded in his videos largely due to his southern drawl.
