Whats up with the lighting?
The Men are not gonna look that good on stage under this type of lighting
It completely washes away all the detail.
Compare this shot from the Arnold to the Ironman Lighting

The Ironman traditionally always had great lighting

Ironman "promoters" are hardcore, they know what's up...honestly, doesn't it just always shake down to those that care the most about it being on top of every "jurisdiction?"
-
you're right, that lighting makes those women look like men :-X
-
Well shit, how can I appreciate some striated glutes in those conditions? sickens me.

I don't see why the other promoters don't just hire the guys that do the Ironman lighting. It's been well known for over a decade (if not since it's inception) that the IM is the best lit show in all of BBing-even over the Olympia and the latter being the "contests of contests."
You would think that Arnold, given his "be better than anyone attitude" would want those same conditions for his contest especially since it shares his name!

With or without lighting, don't they look like that anyway? :-X

Man, Ronnie Rockel really stands out in that picture as being the most balanced. He gets screwed in placings.
Hope the lighting is better today.

The background is WAY too busy

Yeah I agree keep some continuity

For the Arnold pre-judging, the black curtain will be drawn down behind them. I agree though, that background for the night show is too busy. It's more about a theatrical appearance at the Arnold rather than making the contestants look their best.

wow, that background reminds me of a local show, with all sorts of mismatched banners in the background.
