Tune in the next day, Saturday, March 7th at 12:00 p.m. EST for men's prejudging
and againat 7 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. pre-show start time for the men's finals.

Kai is having a really crappy day, and his conditioning at noon will be the talk of the town ;)

Charles had him stay away from them during his prep. He said they weaken the legs.
