in fact I think Silvio is better than Vic today

Kai looks very good but Victor just has a much better overall shape, and he is thicker, wider, and has a narrower waist. Kai has better conditioning and some cool genetic striations but that does not overcome the other factors.

Kai has awesome muscle but does not have a good shoulder to waist ratio and it should hurt him. I have Kai in 2nd or 3rd. I wanted to see Kai next to Freeman but we didn't see them side by side (that I can remember).

A WAYYYYYY THINNER WAIST. Kai is a freak no doubt, but his waist is a fucking distraction big time.
