Kai laughed when lonnie siad he would be 250 on stagen, "I wasnt even that small at the last comp bla bla bla"

IN the recent after prejudging interview with kai he said he weighed in at 256 , or Flex said that and kai agreed,

lol.
So I guess Lonnie gets the nod in that one.

Kai is only around 5'8, 256lbs for someone that size is absolutely enormous.

Even Levrone at his heaviest was 252 at 5'9
