i do two scoops before i workout, 2 scoops during, and two scoops after. other than that, i eat a big piece of steak or chicken or pork or turkey or a bunch of egg whites with a few yolks...along with a large amount of some rice or bread or cereal or haash browns.... eat that every 3-5 hours... i dont count anything... no point in my opinion... theres no computer in the body to tally exact grams...

wake up
1# met-rx shake 2 scoops 40 grams
2# 6 whole eggs + 3 slices chedder cheese 50 grams
3# some fish and sandwiches 30 grams
4# some food at moms 30 gr
train for hour and a half plus 45 min treadmill run
meal 5# + 6 combined= met rx 2 scoops 40 gr + big meal with veggies and chicken 50 gr
40+50 +30+30+40+50= 240 grams

On a good day when I'm disciplined and training 200-240g I'd guess. On a bad day...100g lol

hahahahhaa, there's a bodybuilder at my gym who weighed 244 on the scale today at 5'8" in very good condition and i seriously doubt he eats 350 grams, how can you only be 235 at 6'3" eating 350? ;D

I remember wehn I was serious eating 300-350 a day and making gains. A couple days for jokes I'd eat 600 grams. Bleh, but great farts.

fuck guys, i dont count grams but i can guarantee i never eat less than 250grams....even on a day when im just eating whatever the fuck i want to eat. you guys dont like steak? hamburgers? big omeletes? meat lovers pizza? ribs?.... it isnt hard at all to eat some protein.... shit when im dieting ill eat up to 400grams a day and ill still want to devour tons more...

100 is a minimum target for me. I don't tend to go above 150 grams a day.

I used to eat 200+ grams a day and then I changed to like 100 and didnt notice a difference, except for the Heavier wallet and reduced flatuelence.

About 250 i'd say... usually have an egg meal, a couple meat meals, and 3 shakes(easy to drink them at while im at work).
