I had 70lbs of fat on me. I actually took my measurements last week. I'm only off 1/2 an inch on my arms and 1" on my thighs. I was surprised. Strength isn't down near the amount I thought it would be.
Seriously though, I'm natural. You really think I had 40lbs of muscle to lose?
