Ya got my attention, whats it do specifically and how much should be taken? Newbie to this stuff, it sounds more like an english grammer rule then a supplement.

Your teacher returns your paper with a big fat "C" on it, you turn the paper over and see written at the bottom in red..."you cannot end the sentence with a 'conjugated linoleic acid', fix this".

CLA has been around for a LONG TIME!  I know some people that swear by it, but from what I understand, it's something that needs to be taken long-term and you're not going to really see "noticeable results".  I've tried it for a month or two at a time on a few different occasions, and I can say I noticed absolutely nothing.

I believe 3-4 grams a day is what is generally recommended. However, higher doses up to 7 grams would probably be more effective - though quite expensive for minimal results.

In my opinion CLA is a waste of money.

Total waste of money! Tried it awhile back for just over a month, too expensive and a complete waste.

I have used CLA for diffrent reasons for long periods of time
I noticed no difference with body composition change while on it.
I also took it to get cholesterol levels down and found it did work for that.

Thanks for the input.  I do have a bottle, it I did not notice any benefit of using this supplement.   my wallet is lighter is the only noticeable effect.
