I never forgot this song(BillyClub by JUNKY-XL)..When i went up to one of the guys from the band, he looked at me and said "WTF"...I told him i've been wasted for 3 days and that his shit was tight....I also went into the bathroom and snorted some K off my buddies visor with two of the band members and a stripper who had the night off and hung with me and my buddies....

silly times for sure...

the thing is anyone can improve. but alot of people complain that they can't grow for one reason or another (usually because they are clean). if you always tell yourself that, then you won't grow.

And I noticed that I didnt do 100% and said many exuses.

Pre-during-after. I always make 1.5litters pet bottle of the drink which contain BCAA, Glutamine and Dextrose.
Pre contest is simple. I get rid of Dextrose.

i have busted his balls as much as anyone but i will give props when they are due.

he has done a great job being natural to have made the progress he has since his last pics, hold the size he has while dieting, and to be as sharp as he is.

My friend(who work for spectacle performance in discos) has some plans to use me as a spectacle actor.
