sqautted FIVE HUNDRED pounds today. damn, I am just that damn good. thats almost four times my bodyweight. nobody here even comes close, do they?? :) :) :) :)

that´s strong for 99 % of all natural.....
i´m training 28 Years now (45 1/2 year young... 8)) und been re-natural for 3 yrs and 5 months....(but had only 3 cycles Test in the whole 28 yrs, and was training the first 19 Yrs totally clean...). The first 6-8 weeks after the cycles (12-15 weeks) where hard, but after this the training was the same as in my first 19 yrs Training....slow progress, but progress....
1 training clip from yesterday...may the last reps with the 396 lbs pulldowns where not "textbook", but to be honest i´m proud of my re-natural-training....

Spot on...most of my rugby team can do that but its thighs a little below 90 degrees then up...NOT a 3 inch motion.
