Disagreed. I have nothing against Jay, but the way he has been for the past few years he shouldn't be Mr. Olympia.

too many much "prettier" physiques will expose Jay (Vic, Heath, Dex, etc.) I respect Jay but I always thought he had an ugly physique. Yes he competed against Ronnie for years...and lost for years. And before you say he finally dethroned Ronnie a few years back...remember RONNIE dethroned Ronnie due to his injury.

correct. in that same after-workout pic, ronnie woudl have had 15 veins shooting out of that upper arm and shoulder. jay is a mortal who did very good with his genes. Ronnie is an alien.

He shouldn't diet or prepare himself for the contest at all this year. Just like that, get rid of the tanktop and step on stage, he would dwarf these midgets, and he's never much harder than that on stage anyway.

As underbelly said before he deleted his post it was taken at Doherty's 24/7 Brunswick with my man Dave lookin' swole, when Jay came out to do guest appearances for the Australian IFBB Spring shows in 07.

Dex and other aesthetic, athletic looking BBs will win, continuing the trend away from big guts and boxy physiques. Jay was lucky to get 2 Olympias.

Yeah I feel ya, when Ronnie lost in 06' I even lost some of my motivation to workout.

5'9 270 lbs shredded = did good with his genes? Ha-ha. Jay is far from a mortal. Please show me 5'9 270 lb guys that look as good as Jay. Do you think it's normal for a bb to be Jays size and condition in contest form at 5'9? Jay may not have the veins, but he does have far more shredded quads, better shaped quads and far superior calves to Ronnie. It's all relative.
