IMO 1st!, he has better overall back development then kai, he has shredded glutes like kai, he has better biceps then kai, better chest, better delts, and better overall thickness.

The real question is where would this man have placed in this years ASC considering he won it 10 years ago.

Dexter Jackson advantages over Kai Greene:
From front:
1- Better chest
2- Smaller waist line and better Abs
From rare:
1,2,3- Game over for Dexter!!
Kai is wider than dex and has better arms (biceps and triceps), bigger and better legs not to mention he has calves which dex doesn’t. Also, Kai has FULL Lats and I really see him beating Dexter in his strongest point which is conditioning !!

Not a Dexter fan but he certainly has a more pleasing shape than Kai. He would have probably won the Arnold.

Dex anything less than 100% would have been 2nd. Kai has got 25-30 lbs of shredded size on Dex and >100% Dex would lose. 100% Dex would barely win with his symmetry, being the reigning champ, and non-citrus past.

Dexter, if he competed at the 2009 Arnold, and looked like he did at the 2008 Olympia, would of been favored, and won the show.
Even now, for the 2009 Olympia, Dexter is ahead of Kai Greene in predictions. In fact, I see Kai Greene in 5th place at the Olympia, even if he came looking like he did at the Arnold.
Dont forget Victor Martinez, Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson... and of course, the others... Toney Freeman (which wont make the same mistake again), and Melvin Anthony, and Silvio Samuel.
Best Olympia in terms of who will win coming in 2009!

It's amazing that for someone who's whole life revolves around bodybuilding, has access to all the events to meet athletes and view physiques from the best seats in the house...is so absolutely abysmal at actually evaluating a physique. Has Ron EVER nailed a prediction?

Dexter´s Body has a better flow and is more balanced....Kai´s Body has more "wow-Factor"....(legs, back, arms)
In the End the conditioning on "day X" will make the Winner out of those 2 great (but different) Athletes.
for the next Mr. Olympia Kai maybe has the advantage that his progress in the last 2-3 Years is much bigger than Dexter´s, who will present Year by Year the same "good package". Even with his 2007/2006 package he had won the Mr. Olympia in 2008, cause Cutler
was far away from his Personal best.....and if Kai can make nearly the same progress than in the last 2 years, he may can beat all other Pros at the Mr. O 2009......(if he compete....???)

Ron........COME ON! Kai soundly beat Victor, Melvin will NEVER get shredded, Silvio is too small, and politics aside Jay will never dial it in to beat Kai and really doesn't dwarf him anymore. Freeman will suffer for getting away Dave's diet just because he didn't fill out this one time. Wolf is a wild card. However, I agree about Phil and Dexter so barring Victor getting it together Kai will be no lower than 3-4th.

Dexter would be 1st because of Kai's waist and weak rear lat spread. He wouldn't out mass Dexter pound for pound or be more shredded.

Bodybuilding still does, or at least is supposed to, have a little something to do with overall shape- not just shredded mass. In that dept. Dex, Dennis, Phil, Toney and Victor all beat Kai. Even if shape is only counted for 25% Dex, Phil, Victor and Dennis (assuming they're all on) should beat Kai.

Dex has flow, shape and symmetry that others wish they had.;..so they pound on mountains of mass including on their waistlines... i am glad BB has picked the most pleasing athlete...not the biggest blobs of muscle.
Kai cant stand next to Dex and be the physique of choice for the majority. Have them hit FDB and Abs and thigh shots and its lights out. The Mr.O should be the one that looks best all around...and that includes FDB ppl!!!
Kai (and Jay for that matter) look like poo in the FDB. So do alot of the so called top tier pros. The sooner mass gets downplayed the better. Mr. O should be the physique that people aspire to///i.e. tiny waist, ripped, like a sock stuffed with walnuts...and like a statue in all poses...not some big wide gutted mound of excrement.
Dex deserves to be Mr.O. The question is, did Dorian, Ron (later years) and Jay deserve to be?...i think not.
