We stayed at a hotel about 3 weeks ago and one of the staff told us it was only 35% full. There was a major convention in the city as well as a pro basketball game.

The major cities are doing well. Focus on Miami, NYC and Boston - imo. Check out the Ritz, Delano, Shore Club, Raleigh and Loews on Collins in Miami. Boston: Liberty, The Ritz, Taj, Nine Zero and the Manderin. Also a hotel called the W is under construction in Boston right now. That is going to be nice. NYC = to many to list.
The Liberty in Boston is awesome.
