Overrated = GOLF

When u get get a sport with almost 30 teams playing everyday for 6 months with an average of 30,000 crowd attending EVERYDAY with tickets from $30.00 to "who knows how much" ....you can say u dont like baseball if u want, but you got to show some respect.....

Who cares about gymnastics really?
How many Gymnastics champs do u know?
Is not under or overrated its just where it should be.

I disagree totally. I have a lot more respect for gymnasts than bodybuilders. They actually have to have talent and skill, plus the judges actually use criteria rather than their own schmoeness. Plus who doesn't enjoy Alicial Sacramone bounce around in a tight little outfit?

I was just being a smartass....but couldn't one say that bb judges use the criteria of striated glutes, shape, etc? ;D

Yeah, but if bodybuilder A has better striated glutes than bodybuilder B, but bodybuilder B promises to suck off the judge after the show then who wins? I don't think that is a common occurance in gymnastics.

NASCAR sells out all it's events and has millions of redneck followers too, does that deserve respect? Mass amounts of people liking something that is unworthy of the attention it receives is the definition of overrated.

Soccer is a sport. Americans have very little knowledge of what soccer is. But if you ever played a soccer game even at regional level, you would be surprised of how tough it can get. But considering the insane amount of money that is involved in soccer nowadays, I would say it's overrated as any other sport would be in the same situation. The NBA is overrated too BTW. I'll never get how you can pay athletes that much.

I like the English.they are like a step brother that when growing up was bigger then you.eventually we got bigger and had to smack em around a couple of times.now when they come begging for help we just smile but an arm around their shoulder and give em a hand :)

But seriously, I like how you can play soccer everywhere, all you need is a ball. I played all my youth with my friends. Hard to do that with American football. I love soccer as a game, don't like it as a sport.
