Title: Exercise of the month
Post by: The Wall on March 16, 2009, 07:40:27 PM
Been doing medium to light dumbell pullovers at the end of every workout...just like 3 sets of 10 and i have noticed a HUGE difference in my ability to draw air into my lungs when under the stress of a hard set of squats/bench/leg press etc

i feel like these have made a big difference in my strength for such a small investment of time/effort

i pull in as much air as i can and stretch my ribs to the max on the way down, blow out as hard and as long as i can on the way up

really seemed to help me after a few weeks noticed a change, just thought id share

yep end of every workout...not really heavy jus use the weight too aid in expanding the lungs...honostly best thing i ever started doing...my ability to draw in air feels doubled...really concentrate on sucking in air until u are in pain and then remember that inhale time shoudl = exhale time...or u are gonna get a killer head ache

just my opinon though,
