Ive had the pleasure of going to his show and met the man, trained at his gym and he is nothing short of a great guy...

Cut him slack, Ive seen some of the posts on the other boards and believe me you gotta wonder why he puts up with half the crap served to him by so called supporters of the sport.

These cats don't use slin in contest prep ( as a rule.) Tony would not use it at all because of his keto diet. One needs to ingest simple carbs directly after using slin to avoid going hypo, keto diets don't include them and low to zero carb dite for prep make slin use impractical.
