He has freaky bodyparts and looks good from the side as well as in a couple of poses. But he has a long, strangely shaped torso with a very wide waist, weak back and poor taper that ruins his look in most of the mandatories, especially the front and the back ones. Same as guys like Jim Quinn and Alex Federov.
Has great legs, though.

Horrible waistline he can't do anything about tough, so he won't do any harm.

Paco is the very embodiment of a collection of bodyparts put together...he's not underated, he's the best example of sewn together bodyparts.

Didn't Paco start out as a Powerlifter? I saw his shoulders in one of his shows a few years back and it was filled with oil but he was rewarded.

Telling the truth, his physic is very difficult to judge.
When it comes to the density, top 3 of the world i think.

Yes, today we did legs and my legs cut disappear very quickly because of pump.
But hell.. his legs stay cut and shredded deeply. The guy is a mutant.

Its a genetic. Some peoples legs are dryer than their abs.

Absolutely yes. Pump is a blood flow.Water retention is also blood flow.
Of course his cut of legs also go away. But, not like me.
There is a young kid in the gym. And whose genetic of fat storege is similar to paco and it happens same as paco.

I have seen numerous pros training and competing. But, no one surprised me that much when it comes to his super density and crazy mass.
I have seen Dorian 1994 and 1996 in SP grand prix. But Pacos physic looks crazier than that of Dorian.(Dont take me wrong, I didnt say paco is better. Never.)

But, unlike other pros, the guy is a very strict and crazy hard trainer. I hate pros who train like pussy like Paul Dillet and Flex Wheeler when I visit Golds around 1 month.

He does very right weight. But very hard? No. so so.

Mostly.
Today I did squat with paco style and hardly I couldnt achive 20 reps of 100kg(2 plates each side.).
On the top position, You squeeze extra hard your quads and glutes for a second and go down and up and do that again.

Walk us through let's say a back training session with paco kyomu. I think I've read on here you guys train close to two hours per bodypart or something? Give us the exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, to failure, the whole shabang!
I agree on him being underrated, not a pleasing shape true, however I feel they should judge more on what the competitiors actually have an impact on rather than what they are born with

I dont train with him in every workout except legs.
Why? Cus training legs is painful and need somebody who train very seriously.
We train together when our training body part is same. But Still at least 3 days of week we train together.
Back workout.
We change everytime. But last week.
Cable straight arm pull down 12repsX5sets
Chining failureX4sets
Dumbell row 10X4sets
Cable row 10X4sets
machine pull over 10X4sets
Lat pull down 10X4sets
Dead lift 10X4sets
All the sets were peformed to failure.
So, need serious stamina.

Thats why they judge on how a competitor looks OVERALL, as in "all things considered"....thats why your boy Paco doesn't do too well, other than being hard and muscular....he lacks shape, proportion, symmetry, balance.
