Actually I never did those. They wouldn't help much in an armwrestling match since you want to curl your wrist the other way and prevent your opponent from breaking your wrist back

How many people seriously would even try a one rep max on an exercise like this?
I usually use a 30 pound E-Z Curl bar when I do them which is very rarely.

i can one rep max 125% of my body weight WITH a reverse wrist curl shirt of course.
