According to my iPhone the name of that song is Love & Pride by King from the album Pop & Wave.  The iPhone can "listen" to a clip from almost any song and tell you the name, artist, album, and often show you the cover of the album/CD.  8)

exactly, got it already, ive been looking for it for a long time, its a great song
