eating 103838765836498027 'small' meals?
i never liked eating little meals alot, i eat 4 big meals, never feel full
so i'm wondering if i am wasting my protein doing this?
am i fine eating big protein meals?
i heard some guys eating 100 grams per meal for 3 meals, what's that about????

It's fine. Why go to all the effort to eat 6 times a day unless you are competing? I eat 3 normal meals a day, one small high protein meal and a protein shake before bed.

you can eat less meals, with bigger portions. sure. as far as protein goes, it works just fine to do it that way, in fact layne norton actually recommends it this way and believes its superior.

you always say you cant get fat, danielson, but i think thats probably because you dont have much of an appetite.

I can get fat, in fact I would like to lose a few pounds right now. But no, for the most part I am not a big eater at all. When I get busy I have to remind myself to eat. I do drink a lot of calories though, too many.

I would agree that you tend to drink a bit too many calories. ;D

Hardly!!! All you have to do is prepare your meals in advance and just take them with you. It's even easier, if three of those meals are MRPs/weight-gainers/protein powders.

sure, why not. if you wanna make sure your gettign the best gains possible, you have a big appetite, and money for steaks isnt a worry, and you want to get 400 grams of protein every day (not including whey protein and amino aci supplementss around the workout).....then one could eat 100grams protein each meal, 4 meals a day.
