Dave believes that there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate.
we were designed to eat proteins and animal fats

His diet works but I have never seen anyone look truely "full" on a low carb diet.

My diet advice :

Eat what you want, but never too much in one sitting, spread it out as much as u can throughout the day

cream cakes, chocolate, fries, fried chicken whatever,

Controlling your metabolism is the most important thing in bodybuilding

carbs are not essential. just look at the eskimos. they lived their whole lives on lard and meats.

but it's probably not optimal for a bodybuilder.
