in the morning for a workout when trying to keep calories fairly low in the morning.
beer boosts confidence to workout more than a cupcake or even a protien shake
and of course creatine works more for energy and maybe a little confidence boost
1-2 beers a day has been proven to make u leaner as well ;D
i forgot to add that i eat plenty of leafy greens for bulk inthe stomach
