Title: Anyone heard of this weight loss system.
Post by: chainsaw on March 20, 2009, 07:02:01 AM
A drug called Provigil that is supposed to keep you awake,
Does it have fat burning properties.  I heard that it does.

Also I'm going to my DR for my routine ck up, and I have
put on 30 pounds since my injurie, I've cut my cal intake down
real down and still can't get the weight off, and due to my
screws in my foot, long cardio isn't an option yet.

ECA hasn't really helped, and clen makes me moody, and gives me headaches.

The only people I know who use it, use it for energy. That may indirectly cause fat loss by allowing you to do cardio longer, but I don't think it has any inherent fat burning properties.

I don't get diet drugs.  The only required benefit of a drug would be to preserve muscle.  Just eat the right foods in the right amounts for a long enough time.

well, having a faster metabolism or burning more fat than without the drug would be pretty good things anyways, no?

Provided the only thing burning is fat.  I've got a skinny dude's perspective I guess.  Holding muscle is always my problem.

Chain, to put on 30 lbs in under a year (or less?) is some serious eating.  With or without diet aids, it's going to take some time to lose 105,000 excess calories.
