Nope. I do the OED raises. Truly. I do. One-legged raises for 20+ 1st set, then less. When I get down to 6 reps, I start doing deep repsX 80 - pain city. :)

No I don't lack will power. I am down 47 pounds right now but still have quite a ways to go.
I just got fat because I wasn't working out and was living the fat man life style of eating whatever I wanted and not giving a fuck.
I agree they are not impressive on fat people because all fat people have big calves, but mine are big regardless of how fat I am. Too bad my biceps weren't like that. :'(

You are a lucky man I can't do that because I have a very slow metabolism. When I combine eating what I want, plus soda addiction and not working out it is a recipe for disaster.

At Gold's a friend of his claims that he did that much wt plus two of the heaviest guys in the gym sitting on the wt stack for a total lift of approximately 1,200 lbs.

That 765 that I personally witnessed impressed me but I guess that 1,200+- wouldn't impress most of you big time lifters.

Anyone see him getting photographed on the Squat Rack last Friday? Damn impressive bodybuilder.
