In his last video (Relentless) he shows a written daily diet, it has like 3 meals of 90 grams of pure whey Isolate including in it,his first meal...
I think thats BS !! since he has a contract with BSN they want him to show on his dvd's that he drinks their stuff even if he has to put flavor in it because he doesnt even like the way it taste... lol
Do you really think he drinks protein powder ?
Btw,in that video he prays a lot for his 9th win and when it doesnt happen' he doesnt even mention the results or who won ....humble my ass !
WOOOSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

He said God will tell him when it's time to not be Mr Olympia anymore , I guess he didn't get the memo and the BSN product placement probably the first time ever tried it was on that vid

I know for a fact Gustavo Badell, aswell and a dozen other pro body builders drink Whey Isolate with Vitargo, or a Waxey Maze Starch, right after training
-
Yes he would take protein powder.
He gets it for free.
Do basketball players really perform better with their shoes? It's no different.

Not really , Nike isn't claiming scientific evidence for their products performance which is guaranteed to work

Sure they are. But they are telling you what they will do. If protein companies did it like Nike they'd simply state "this will provide protein"
-
Ronnie was drinking whey protein in his "Unbelievable" video, long before BSN. Where as you rarely see Jay take any supplements in his videos yet he is always mentioning Muscletech products.

No the real reason bodybuilders are getting insane amounts of muscle isn't their products , despite their claims to the contrary , Nike wont claim you'll be like Mike if you get Jordans

Well I'm white. I don't have that extra calf muscle like black men.

extra calf muscles? lol ??? Blacks have higher calves which they say are better for jumping . Ronnie sure could have used some extra calf muscles lol

Maybe if he had switched to Muscletech and stacked their products he could have put on 60lbs of muscle and increased his strength by 400%.

After the amount of steroids, the trips to outback steak house, black eyed-pea plus all the cooking at home...

of course he drinks protein powder. its free, bsn protien powder tastes prett good, it has quality protein and calories.. i would imagine alot of times ronnie doesnt feel like eating more than a couple times a day so he probably relies quite heavily on shakes in order t get in all the nutrients he needs
-
it's an extra bone in the ankle
exactly, one from the skull and an extra in the ankle from what I understand.

Watch the video again.. The diet given to him by Chad, suggests Isopure Protein which has 0 carbs. Syntha 6 has 13 carbs per scoop. Chad's pre-contest diets prescribes shakes over egg whites. He did the same when he worked with Flex and Mike Francois. If you look at the video again, notice that the diet has oatmeal as the carbs with the first meal. Ronnie chooses grits which are actually higher carbs..

Everytime I see a Jay 2001 pic I feel that he had potential to be one of the best ever,as it stands, come competition time,he is smooth and puffy, which is a pity

Trying to play the size game to compete with Ronnie completely destroyed his physique.
-
Completely,he took 2002 off to put on size and never looked quite the same

Sad thing is that while Jay ruined his physique to try to be competitive with Ronnie, Ronnie did the same trying to keep ahead of Jay.
