Does tribulus work for you?
-
i took it a couple of times and noticed a bit harder erection within an hour after taking it, not kidding
-
I believe you. I heard Dr. Drew once say that it is one of those herbal supplemnts that for some reason tend to work well for some but not others.
-
Trib or even better Eurycoma makes me intolerably horny.
But it does not really translate into more muscle or strength for me
-
I tried this stuff a few times. It definitely increases sex drive but can't say it does much for building muscle.
-
Yes trib works well for me, always a part of my PCT.

Works amazing, the secret to Tribulus is you have to take it in adequate amounts and use a good tribulus with high saponin number. Recommended dosage is usually 750mg, but to really feel it you need at least 2-3 grams , stuff is great though, I always use it when I'm not on cycle.

Exactly, those "hamster" dosages don't work for anyone, even if it is a "better" tribulus supplement. You do need a higher dose and if you think otherwise you are lying to yourself...

I've used it, don't know how effective it really is but cheap enough if you want to try it.

The less-expensive ones have 40-45% saponins, like Ultimate Nutrition's Tribulus and Vitamin Shoppe's Python. In the late 90's, that was considered "high". Now, there are products like Nutrex's Vitrix, that has up to 80% saponins; however, that costs considerably more than the aforementioned products.

Ultimate was the tribulus standard (and if I remember correctly, the first tribulus product) it was the original bulgarian tribulus, I find the best two tribulus products now (with highest saponin counts) are Tribex and Tribestan.

tribulus boosts libido but it doesnt boost testosterone.
the suggestions for making sure getting enough of the standardeized extract is right on. ive toyed around with tribulus before and i found that 4 grams of the saponins... which is like 10 grams of tribulus... like 15 pills.... now that works pretty fucking damn well. :D

19, 20 in 2 months. i did feel an increase in sex drive when i took it, this was a year and a half ago. as far as testosterone, numerous studdies have been done to test if tribulus had an effect and im pretty sure that all of them show no effect on test.

I agree, Tribulus did raise estrogen though, which is very important for sex drive as well.

I was taking some but I didn't really see results... maybe I didn't take a high enough dosage.
