If you go there you will see that they state that "The neck is the fastest growing muscle in the body" is there any actual evidence to prove this or is it just bullshit for the advertisement?
Anyway, who wouldn't want to have a neck like this(Kurt Angle)? lol i hope to achieve similar results in the coming years of training.

It might be right because the neck muscles have an important role in the body. They are also used all the time meaning they could adapt quicker. Like just plain walking a lot can build a base for squats for a beginner.
