Title: hash browns for breakfast? bad or good?

with my whole eggs, and some whole grain toast and hot cereal, just wondering if hash browns are a good choice to include or not? i want to have a high calorie big breakfast, but also low in the bad stuff you know what i mean.

sure, hash browns are fine. i get the onster bag of hash browns from costco. its 10 lbs i think. hashbrowns are similar to brown rice in digestion rate.

I eat them every day with my second breakfast, eggs and hashbrowns. My first breakfast is oatmeal with bananna.
