My job allows me to sleep as long as i like, so usually minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 11 hours (I have some form of food/supp in the middle of the night, then back to sleep). I just adjust my meals the following day pending on how many hours i have slept.
Shits??? 1-4 depending on how much junk I eat!

I take the Browns to the super bowl 1-3 times. usually done with all that by noon for the day.

i work nights and watch my 2 and a half year old son during the day,till my wife gets home from work at 7pm,i sleep 3 and a half hours,from 730pm till 11pm then get ready for work again.i really havent kept track of when i shit cause im so damn tired all the time :(

somedays he takes naps and others he wont,i try to get him to nap everyday after i feed him lunch.its nice when he takes a 3 hour or 4 hour nap,it feels like heaven for me to sleep while he sleeps.im burnt out lately and dragging
