I eat loads of vegetables, I'm fat though!!

most vegetables don't don't belong in the human body. Stick with fruits eaten in isolation and then dark green, tender vegetables that can be eaten raw. Juicing the really fibrous vegetables is another option though...
ps. I am not fat.

I force myself to eat them. I am obese.

I force myself to eat broccoli with my turkey at the weekends - I never eat them in the week though - I haven't noticed any positive changes in me since I started eating broccoli so I might drop it and start actually eating foods that I like. I suppose I can always have multivitamins to make up for it.

I have started throwing these into my meals. Easy way to get some fibre in the diet.

I eat 3 servings of fruit and 3 servings of raw vegetables every day. I usually eat raw spinach, cabbage, green and red peppers, radishes, carrots, tomatoes, english cucumber, mushrooms daily. I substitute other vegetable sometimes depending what looks good.
First 3 meals include a piece of fruit and the second 3 meals include vegetables.
My first 5 meals have complex carbs and protein included. Meal 6 is nothing but raw vegetables.
Meal 7 is strictly protein.
Cooking most vegetables is fucking disgusting.
