Everybody likes Mc Donald even us ...

This ones will please all of you , its like a Bodybuilding friendly version of a Quater Pounder

Maxxx Quarter Pounder

Ingredients:

1 ¼ Pound of Ground Beef or Horsemeat
1 sesame seed bun (whole grain)
1 tablespoon fresh onion… diced
mustard
ketchup (low sodium)
2 HEINZ hamburger slices (pickles)
2 slices low-fat Kraft yellow cheese

4 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:

Beef or Horse patty

1.Mix 4 tablespoons salt,1 teaspoon ground black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Use in a spice shaker with big enough holes for the pepper to flow.
2.Form the patty about 5" diameter and 1/4" thick. And mix with the flavoring while cooking.
3.Pre-heat an electric grill to 400 degrees.
4.Sprinkle liberally with Seasoning
5.About 2-3minutes after searing, turn.
6.Be careful not to tear the sear you just created.
7.Add another dash Seasoning.
8.Lay the crown of the bun facedown on an unused, clean portion of the grill.
9. It will toast very quickly, so move it around in a circular motion to prevent burning.
10.After about 30 seconds the bun will be toasted enough.
11.Remove to dress, and lay the heel facedown to the same spot on the grill.

Dressing The Bun

12.Put five "kisses" of mustard around the toasted crown about 1/2 inch from the edge, equally spaced.
13.Then put five squirts of ketchup in the pattern of a five on dice and the size of a nickel on the toasted bun. (Make thecenter one the size of a quarter)
14.Add about a tablespoon of freshly chopped white onion, and the two pickle slices, evenly spaced.
15.Lay one slice of cheese on top of the condiments.

16.By now… your meat should be done. (about 2-3 more minutes after turning)
17.Smash the beef patty with a spatula to "squeeze" out excess fat, and then remove.
18.Lay it on top of your dressed crown and add the toasted heel.
19.Lay another slice of cheese on top of the patty before adding the heel.

you're a smart guy, maxxx.  From a culinary standpoint you're doing some good things, even considering the fact that sometimes sacrifices have to be made in these recipes for the sake of health.  I give you the most props for the sorbet.  However, did you know you can make a simple syrup out of splenda?  It would significantly help in recreating the "sorbet" vibe.

I do not compete but do diet down for the summer months, May – Aug. the rest of the year I bulk. How about a single recipe with modifications for the dieting / bulking.
