I saw this on IronAge. I know most here won't be too impressed with the subject's physique, which I will assume is done naturally, but it's still an incredible transformation. It also gives the viewer an idea just how hard it is to be in good shape.

I agree with the 1st part 100% and then some.
The second part, not so much. If you define easy as simply "making time to do what needs to be done," then I agree.
But if you mean it's easy by how you achieve that goal, I'm not so sure.

We eat whatever we want with no cardio and not much time at all spent in the gym. Only a fool would have suffer. People are really stupid if they don`t understand how we do it so easily and that the whole thing IS easy.

I have tried your methods for a month. Maybe I dropped half a kilo. I would bet you money if you personally coached me your adonis principles wouldn't do shit.

I have seen you jump around like a one legged frog in a cup of water, asking if you should do a session of cardio or just lie in bed, asking if Glenn Beck was a credible news source, your zig-zag approach to just about everything. You lack confidence which affects your motivation and attention span. Seriously, look at the board right now and check your thread topics.

How can you deny the simple rule of creating a deficit and getting enough protein?
Every successful fat loss diet must have these two properties, I'm sure your current approach is no exception.

I was on 1200, 1300 calories a day and shit was happening.

I don't know one guy who ended up at a higher bodyweight than expected on the first cut.

try anywhere from 2500cals down to 2000 depending on size and activity levels etcc

i've been there, let me guess, you stick to it for a few months then the cravings get so bad you could eat your own arm, so you pig out, check the scale and find you have put all the weight you lost back on, so you starve again. yoyoing = bad for metabolism + hormones run rampant.
you need to reduce calories via more cardio + eat more calories. cardio + weights are the only way to burn calories + increase metabolism, dieting alone reduces calories and metabolism.
if you really have stuck to 1200 cals for any length of time, have not piged out at all and still not lost weight then your thyroid is fucked and you need medical assistance.

I'll cut my calories to probably around this amount when cutting. I'll go real hard like this monday-thursday. then I drink and eat more on the weekends. It gets me nice and thin. I up my calories once I hit my goal weight.

Total misrepresentation of what I have said. I asked what peoples' opinions of Glenn Beck were, not if he was a credible news source. Dietary wise I am kind of all over because I have not found what works for me. For someone who recognises the fallacy of the anthropocentric worldview and our general insignificance in the the universe I find your purposeful misrepresentation of what I said about Glenn Beck to be disturbing. As for confidence, there is a difference between confidence and megalomania. I recognise the inherent limitations of my abilities and existence; it has nothing to do with confidence or lack thereof.

If metabolism is slow, cardio and lifting will force your body to burn calories. It's no solution to up the calories without that in place.
